Before to register pleasure yachts or commercial boats under Seychelles flag  "Offshore Yacht Bateaux Registration Corp"  must comply with the following criterions .

The boat must be less than 15 years old.
If not , and if the boat is less than 25 years old, it’s  possible to apply for a dispensation;
"Offshore Yacht Bateaux Registration Corp"  must provide to the Maritime authorities a certificate  proofing that the boat is in good standing;

This certificate must be  given by a recognized  and authorized Classification societies by the Seychelles Ship Registrar.

It iisn't possible to register about more than   25 years old,  to preserve the "High Standard" Seychellois.
 

2. The owner of the boat must be a Seychellois citizen .
   The owner can be a physical person or a company.
   In this last case, we must set up an offshore company, or a domestic company, the choice depending of the destination of the  boat .
   We reminder you that a Seychelles offshore company  can ‘t deal with Seychelles ,and  have an annual tax from USD 100  to 1.000 USD (depending of the amount of the capital) and doesn’t need to depose these annual accounts to the Seychelles Authorities
   The offshore company  will be the official owner of the boat.
   To preserve the anonymous of the beneficial owner's), we can provide nominees director and shareholder .
   The name of the real owner will not be known by the authorities, only our office and the bank manager know him (if the company hold a bank account )
    
3. A domestic company will be taxed on his benefit at the rate in force, and must submit this annual reports and meetings to the Seychelles authorities.
    
4. "Offshore Yacht Bateaux Registration Corp"   look after the set up of each structure , this structure can be set up in 24 workable hours (offshore) or 72 hours ( domestic ) after the reception of the requested documents and the payment (see documents and cost).

When these  conditions are filled with ,"Offshore Yacht Bateaux Registration Corp"  can  register the boat

For that, "Offshore Yacht Bateaux Registration Corp"  must have the following documents for a permanent  registration

Of a pleasure yacht

1. Power at our company
2. Certificate of the builder
3. Evidence that the applicant is  owner of the boat
4. A certificate of deletion if the vessel has been registered under the law of a foreign country
5. Certificate of verification of the boat is not new
6. A photo of yacht
7. The certificate of incorporation if the boat is owned by a company

Of a commercial vessel

1.  Certificate of class
2. International certificate of tonnage
3. Cargo certificate ship safety equipment certificate
4.  Cargo ship safety construction certificate
5.  International oil pollution certificate
6.  Minimum safe  manning certificate
7.  Load line certificate
8.  GMDSS safety radio certificate
9.  Declaration of transfert
10.  Bill of sale
11.  The certificate of incorporation if the boat is owned by a company
12.  Power to our company
13. A certificate of deletion if the vessel has been registered under the law of a foreign country

It isn't necessary that the owners must be present in Seychelles to register the company and the boat. .
We proceed by secure mail or by   fax transmission.
"Offshore Yacht Bateaux Registration Corp"  send the certificate of registration by courier delivery at the address of our client, elsewhere in the world.
