"Offshore Yacht Bateaux Registration Corp" recommend in all case to set up an offshore for each registration of boat, for pleasure yacht or commercial boat.
This is to avoid a confusion between the boats.
The cost are the following:
- Formation and registration of an offshore company with a standard capital of USD 5,000USD including , governmental tax, registered office, postal address, courier delivery,
1 400 Euros- Registration of a pleasure yacht less than 15 years old including , governmental tax, courier delivery,
2 900 EurosDifferent options as" nominee" director or shareholder for the offshore structure , phone and fax services ....are invoiced in addition
per option: 300 Euros ( annual )
Depending of the type of the boat, the following certificates can be provided at the cost 250 Euros.( sending excepted )
· Certificate of class
· Cargo ship safety equipment certificate
· Cargo ship safety construction certificate
· International oil pollution certificate
· Minimum safe manning certificate
· Load line certificate
· GMDSS safety radio certificate
· Declaration of transfer
· Bill of sale
· International fishing safety certificate
· International loadline certificate
· Certificate of parallel registry
· Deletion certificate
· Certificate of incorporation of the company
Mortgages :
· Registration : 500 Euros
· Transfer: 400 Euros
· Cancellation : 300Euros
Renewal fees ( company+ tax +annual fees)
Fixed fees for a pleasure yacht : 2 000EurosFor a commercial boat, the cost depends of the tonnage.
